free parking parking security guard guard clean tidy room room broken coffee machine machine unsafe area area basic room room
free parking was available with a security guard present. this was a great feature. the location was close to hollywood boulevard. i also appreciated that the room was clean and tidy.
the coffee machine in the room did not work. (i really wanted coffee). the area around the motel didn't feel very safe. there were many homeless people nearby. the room felt very basic for the price i paid.

loud refrigerator noisy toilet
The room was not as quiet as I hoped. I could clearly hear the toilet flushing in neighboring rooms. This happened frequently and was quite disruptive, especially at night. The refrigerator in the room made a lot of noise, almost as loud as the AC unit.. It was hard to sleep soundly.

noisy air conditioning broken ice machine
I found a few things disappointing. The air conditioning unit was noisy. Sleeping was difficult with it running, but the room was too warm without it. the ice machine on my floor was out of order. I had to go to another floor each time I wanted ice.
